Thank you for shopping at Zoe Jane Makes Art!  I appreciate your support for independent artists like me.  I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return an item.

Refunds

Items can be partially or fully refunded if:

• Item(s) were proven to be defective or damaged during shipping.

• The item is proven to be lost during shipping.

• Item(s) are undamaged and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.*

Items cannot be refunded if:

• A refund is requested after the 30-day policy.

When purchasing from Zoe Jane Makes Art, you acknowledge the above refund policy and the risk involved when shipping one-of-a-kind items.

If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

*This does not apply to commissioned/custom work.
